* WHAT…Large breaking waves with dangerous rip currents. Surf 10
to 14 feet with local up to 16 feet through Saturday for
northwest facing beaches. Swell will switch southerly early
Sunday, and south facing beaches will see surf 14 to 18 feet
with local to 20 feet, peaking on Sunday.

* WHERE…San Luis Obispo County Beaches and Santa Barbara
County Central Coast Beaches.

* WHEN…Until 9 PM PST Monday.

* IMPACTS…There is an increased risk for ocean drowning. Rip
currents can pull swimmers and surfers out to sea. Large
breaking waves can cause injury, wash people off beaches and
rocks, and capsize small boats near shore.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Moderate coastal flooding is expected for
SOUTH facing harbors on early Sunday morning through Monday
morning. This includes areas like Port San Luis.
